Yesterday morning I almost ended up in hospital because I could not breath, it took hours to calm down. My GP says I am having a pretty bad depression, with severe hyperventilation attacks, triggered by the heart attack I had 13 months ago. And this morning I received this Guru Qoute. Strange but beautiful and so very true.
