Your horoscope for November 19, 2009
Your sensitive heart may be touched by a spark of anger today, lizz. Don't be afraid of hurting other people's feelings as you express this emotion outwards. You would be doing yourself and other people around you a disservice by not revealing the true scope of your emotions. The other parties involved may not have all the facts necessary to make the most educated decision. Aid in this process by revealing your perspective of the situation.

A second heart-attack floored me on this date. I am back home since a few hours and have to take it slow and easy for a while.
While I was at the hospital I saw my dad there who was taken there a few weeks ago, while I was too weak to visit him. That man is not my dad. That was a scared little silver-haired boy with large sky blue eyes, looking soo afraid and vulnerable. He won't be back home. He never will be the same. As I left the hospital a few hours ago I knew I was leaving my dad behind and I will never see him alive as he was again. That hurts. I am not sure I made spiritual contact with him though, the last three minutes he was semi-consciouss when I was with him. He doesn't belief in it. But I am ready to let him go and rest. I only hope my sister will find it soon too as she is in charge now.
I found another little crying child at home. My cat Bodhi. Gosh she really cries out when ever she cannot hear or see me and she doesn't want to let me out of her sight again, which I cannot blame her at all as I was laying in my hospitalbed each night silently crying wondering how she was doing, there, at home, all alone, without me....Cried myself to sleep every night.

To all of my F-list-friends, I am sorry I did not reply, there was no chance to warn you. I didn't even get warned myself ;) But Lizzy's back!

I am so glad Karen is able to explain everything I have felt the week or just three or four days before she sends her latest message. It's such a relief knowing that it is not just "Me and between my ears". And that there are other humane angels who feel the same way. I would like to hold out my hands and connect with any of you, my dear fellow earth-angels. Please show me where you are. In love and light, Lizzy.

Maslow Predicted The Shift
by Owen Waters

Abraham Maslow (1908-70) was a psychologist who became famous
for his hierarchy of human needs. When he developed his theory
in the 1950s, he predicted the transformation of humanity
into a realm of spiritual transcendence, but he had no idea
just how soon this would develop into a major movement.

Maslow's hierarchy of human needs shows that basic human needs
have to be fulfilled before people can attend to higher needs
and values.

First, the basic physiological needs of food and shelter must
be catered for in order to ensure survival.

Second, once food and shelter are obtained, safety and
security must be achieved.

Third, acceptance by others is sought, in both the social and
romantic senses. To fulfill this 'belonging' need, people
become part of a group, a tribe, an extended family or a
community.

When these deficiency, or outer-directed, needs are
satisfied, then the individual works to acquire self-respect.
Recognition by others produces self-esteem.

Once the outer needs are fulfilled, the inner-directed need
for self-actualization comes into play. To self-actualize
means to become the best you personally can be.
Self-actualized people include those who have achieved
material abundance, and also those who, as a decision of
personal power, have chosen simplicity over the pursuit
of further abundance. At some point, when a person says
"That's enough" to the endless pursuit of additional
financial security, then they become free to accomplish
anything that inspires their inner joy the most.

Self-actualization is achieved after the individual ceases to
have deference to hierarchical authority, and instead matures
into the ability to make their own rules of personal
responsibility. Personal responsibility is always more
powerful and effective than any system of imposed rules.
For example, you can threaten to punish someone if they
steal and hope that the threat works. But, a self-responsible
person simply wouldn't steal because they would feel empathy
for the loss that a would-be victim would feel. They simply
wouldn't have the heart to do such a thing to another person.

It's a matter of increased maturity. When a person abandons
the impositions of external authority and becomes their own,
self-directed authority, then they become far more
functional in the world. This is, in fact, a higher state
of consciousness, one which provides a higher vista of
awareness. From this expanded vista, they see clearly how
they as an individual can best serve humanity.

In this state of awareness, the person acquires the ability
to think and analyze situations independently. As a result,
new and creative solutions spring to mind. They have enough
self-esteem to be able to clearly see their own needs,
skills, strengths and weaknesses, and from that they see
where they can best be of service to humanity.

Once basic needs are fulfilled, the next values to require
attention relate to being. The first of these being-values
is self-actualization, which is the instinctual need of a
human to make the most of their unique abilities.

Above that, Maslow placed transcendence, which he considered
a spiritual value. Traditional universities typically presume
that spiritual matters are beyond the understanding of their
students, so they present the Maslow hierarchy of human needs
differently. They present it with self-actualization as the
ultimate human goal, and omit the transcendence stage beyond
that.

The being-values of self-actualization and transcendence are
the higher, more beautiful aspects of human consciousness.
They include unconditional love, altruism, inner joy, a love
of nature, the development of intuition (in males as well as
females), idealism, and a sense of wisdom which springs from
within. These skills develop the right-brain functions of
creativity and intuition.

In the 1950s, Maslow believed that only 2% of the population
had achieved self-actualization. The mid-1960s changed all
that when masses of people began the search for the higher
values, such as unconditional love and spiritual wisdom.
Today, that core group of progressive society has blossomed
from 2% to over 20%, and is climbing every year.

The Shift is not a temporary by-product of the baby boom
generation, or any other generation of modern society.
It is not a passing fad. It is not going away. It is a
cosmic pressure that is unfolding and relentlessly
increasing the frequency of all consciousness upon the
planet.

It is a part of the plan of Infinite Being that we progress
to the next stage of conscious human achievement. The Shift
is, to put it simply, the most wonderful transformation in
recorded history. This is where humanity gets to build,
literally, Heaven on Earth.

The present times are such that you can review whatever of your old self is being carried forward. It is part of your personal cleansing that cuts links with certain aspects of your consciousness, that no longer serve one who is aspiring to raise their present levels. What you are wrestling with are thought forms that have long been part of your psyche. They determine your reaction to circumstances through your past experiences, and your own image as to who you think you are. You are faced with automatic responses, that can no longer align themselves with the changes you are making so that your consciousness may be uplifted. You can break the link by denying it your energy which will prevent it manifesting. Let thoughts pass through your mind in the same way that you become an observer of actual events, and release them straight away. Be assured that in time you will be able to take full command of your thoughts and actions.

President Barack Obama has not solved the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. He has not convinced Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to play nice with other nations. He has not brokered peace between China and Tibet.

But neither had the 14th Dalai Lama when he received the prize in 1989. Instead, the chairman of the prize committee at that time, said the Dalai Lama’s award was "in part a tribute to the memory of Mahatma Gandhi," who regrettably never received the prize.

Could Obama’s award be a tribute to the long line of legendary peacemakers before him, such as 1964 winner Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. whose dream was realized when Obama was elected? Is it a call for Americans to realize the rest of the mission of world peace?

Believing is Seeing
by Owen Waters

Today's massive, ongoing Shift in consciousness is a shift
from intellectual awareness to holistic awareness.

Intellectual awareness is a function of the solar plexus
chakra, where mental ability is developed in a linear
direction. Examples of linear thought include the performing of
arithmetic and the operating of machinery. In this mode of
consciousness, people have learned to develop a rigid
discipline of "seeing is believing" in order to discover what
works and what doesn't.

“Oh the comfort, the inexpressible comfort of feeling safe with a person, having neither to weigh thoughts nor measure words, but pouring them all right out, just as they are -- chaff and grain together -- certain that a faithful hand will take and sift them, keep what is worth keeping, and with the breath of kindness blow the rest away.…”

-- Dinah Craik

“Open your body and your mind to the subtler levels of experience, letting go of your attempt to control, to be right, not worrying about appearances, not trying to be safe.”

-- Stephen Levine

SaLuSa 21-September-2009

The changes continue unabated, and are coming to the notice of many of you who are aware of what is taking place. There is even a realization that people are rising up in their consciousness, and more than ever they are moving beyond the old paradigm. It means that they are seeing through the degree of control exercised over them, and how they have been cajoled into supporting the ambitions of the Illuminati. Suddenly, the idea of perpetuating the war machine that has brought so much death and misery to your planet is being rejected. Peace and the means to achieve it are being openly talked about, and it is opening the eyes of others who have hitherto not considered such an idea. Believe us Dear Ones you are rising to the occasion and are spelling out the death knell for the dark Ones, whose power is rapidly slipping away.

One Being of Light wields much more power than one who is of the dark vibrations. Read more... )
